Bruce Henderson
President

Bruce Henderson founded Matrix USA in 1989, following 15 years of information-technology consulting and software marketing. He was Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Ascent Technology and Director of Product Marketing at Applied Expert Systems. Earlier he was a consultant at Index Systems, American Management Systems, and Data Resources. Based in Boston and traveling frequently to Japan, Bruce oversees Matrix USA’s business with direct responsibility for our research services. He has an A.B. in Economics from Princeton and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Ryutaro Yagi
Vice President

Ryutaro Yagi manages Matrix USA’s operations in Japan. He joined Matrix USA with twenty years experience in international business planning and development in communications and computer networking in the Swire Group and its Transtech subsidiary. He co-led the management buyout of Transtech as an independent distributor of computer and networking products and developed Transtech’s relationships with information-technology companies and venture capital firms in the U.S., Europe, and Israel. He is an expert in facilitating and negotiating distribution agreements, appraising business opportunities in information technology, and venture capital funding. He has a B.A. in international business administration from Kwansei Gakuin University and studied business management at INSEAD.
